What is Kung Fu?
Kung Fu is an umbrella name for Chinese Martial Arts. The term "Kung Fu" is sometimes used interchangeably with "Kwo Shu" and "Wushu" but they are not exactly the same thing. Wushu is typically used as an umbrella name for the more modern forms of Kung Fu and Kwo Shu is typically used as an umbrella name for the more traditional forms of Kung Fu.
